“The staff was awesome! I am happy to say that I left with a few new friends! Thank you for a wonderful stay. :) I enjoyed sitting by the pool and relaxing, or bringing my laptop to breakfast and getting a little bit of work done in a very comfortable space before I was lucky enough to put it away and just focus on enjoying the gorgeous weather for the rest of the day. ”

“清潔度不佳，蚊蟲很多，跳蚤咬的我全身，熱水不熱”

“虽然距离夜市比较远，大概半小时车程50RMB，但景色迷人，安静舒适。非常适合休闲度假。阳光沙滩、海景别墅、游泳池、健身房、精致早餐，让人流连忘返。下次富国岛还会优先考虑。”

“好失望，令我同家人有不愉快 我預訂了家庭房，其後酒店曾跟我聯繫，説住在家庭房的客人想延續多幾夜，而我們只是3個人，建議我們分開兩間房，我沒有答應 到了酒店後，家庭房真的沒有了，只剩下那兩間房，已一早安排，並且兩間房相隔很遠，那我為什麼要預訂家庭房，當時酒店前枱同事説銷售同事安排的，那麼在Expedia就不要有家庭房的選擇吧，我們感到無奈 另外，房間真的算乾淨，每天都打理得不錯，但花灑和水喉都是温度時熱時冷，完全不可以穩定”

“冰箱不夠冷，早餐沙拉裡面有頭髮，半夜電視櫃會嘰嘰叫每五分鐘叫一次，發出怪聲、吵得無法睡覺，房內硬體 有些老舊，海濱與花園泳池都很壯觀景色迷人很好 可以達到放鬆效果，雖然最後有幫忙換房間 ，還貼心送上一個小時spa 還送我們到下一家飯店，除了以上一些不好的經驗 可以讓飯店繼續努力改善、不然服務人員基本上都是親切貼心的。缺失部分都有影片 不發上來是因為 有換房間給延遲退房 給按摩 那就還算有誠意 囉”

“熱水不夠用 ”

“整體來說是可以的，房間景觀十分好，床也舒適，只是隔音不太好，可能是露台的關係，附近房間有人到凌晨五點還在露台嘻笑…… 浴室的去水很慢，水壓也略嫌不夠，整體設施有點舊。 酒店員工都很友善和helpful,笑容可掬，他們都很忙碌。住villa and residence這邊比較清靜，可坐buggy到達waverly那邊，十分方便，那邊餐廳比較多。”

“走幾步路就是私人沙灘 非常棒 如果是純度假是一個很安靜的地方 晚餐食物 氣氛都非常不錯 唯一比較不方便的地方是 我覺得應該要有機場接駁會比較 美好一點～”

“The pool and the resort itself is beautiful, as well as the beach just down the street. The pool unfortunately was not regularly cleaned, so there was quite a few bugs swimming on the surface. We booked a bungalow, hoping to enjoy some quiet time and to specifically NOT hear guests in the neighboring rooms (most hotel rooms in Vietnam are not really noise-cancelling at all). To our suprise, we didn’t have a bungalow to ourselves, but just half of one - the other half had a family with small……

“The breakfast was delicious and very well prepared. Since the resort is not located on a busy street, there is almost no traffic noise, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, there was construction work next door during our stay. The neighbor started using an angle grinder at 7 AM, which was quite disturbing. When we entered our room, the bathroom was full of mosquitoes. The staff provided bug spray, which helped temporarily, but throughout our stay the mosquitoes kept coming back, likely through……

“7泊の滞在でした。海辺に近くて自然が感じられます。 周りが森に囲まれているせいか、衛生面が気になります。 1階の部屋でしたが洗面所にチョウハエが多くて不快でした。途中で2階の部屋へ変えてもらいました。 2階に移動したらチョウハエは少なくなりましたが、この部屋にはアリがいました。 朝食は料理もいろいろあって良かったのですが、レストランはオープンエアなのでハエが食べ物に飛んでくるのには困りました。 1日だけですがシャワーの途中でお湯が出なくなり水になってしまいました。 これらが改善されると良いと思います。”

“Our 3rd visit to this property, and we will hopefully return again. Beautiful gardens, friendly, helpful staff. Simple breakfast with varied options throughout the week in addition to the usual daily eggs/pancakes/fruit/pho. Value for money for the local area. Numerous good restaurants with in close walking distance and only a 5 minute walk to the beach - although relaxing pool area onsite too!”
