"Clean room "

"For a nice resort the staff is untrained and rude. Very slow and have to wait a long time, International travelers beware of language problems and delays due to misunderstanding. So many kids at resort that I would not recommend for couples! We got an ocean view suite and the room was pretty nice but a bit dated and not cleaned too well. Smelled like cleaning fluids. Good for one night I think but that's it!"

"I wish the bathroom tub is less slippery and lower. This hotel has superb breakfast buffet. Beautiful swimming pool."

"My husband and I loved our stay here!!! Everyone was super friendly, especially Tony and Jenny! Jenny gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do and places to see in Phu Quoc since it was our first time. The resort itself is beautiful with an infinity pool and a private beach! Included was a breakfast buffet every morning. My husband even went to the fitness center every day. We will be back in the future. Highly recommend!"

"Pools can be cleaner. Room cleaning and service was good. Friendly staff. Loved the Ocean view from our 5th floor room, and beach view from the beach pool, especially when sunsets. The Resort is beautiful and is centre to many places and walking distance to night market."

"Beautiful room. Easy walk into Grand World and free shuttle to Vin Wonders. Had interconnecting rooms which is great for families. Included breakfast was lovely and has plenty of options. "
