It is so peaceful and the gardens are beautiful. The team couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, they have an amazing restaurant in the town called the siagonese eatery that you shouldn’t miss! Mhin is an excellent host

very friendly eco resort with extremely hospitable staffs. They also make home made kombucha that is tasty. Conveniently walking distance to most places around and drivable. The resort offer yoga classes as well as scuba-diving and theres even a laundromat 1 min walking distance right outside if the resort

Overall, the stay was relaxing. The room was clean and spacious. But I was a deceived by pictures and posting that the property was on a beach. There is no private beach and the nearest access to the beach is a 10 min walk. You have to cross a busy road where there is no traffic light or crossing signs.

Okay - but wouldn’t stay again

The hotel is located off the main street in a calm and quiet spot. The pool was nice, and the free yoga sessions every morning were a great addition. However, I found the staff somewhat inattentive, and there were tiny bugs in the shower (likely due to the humidity) that kept reappearing daily. The daily cleaning service was also quite basic—while the sheets and towels were changed, the rest of the room was not cleaned very thoroughly. For the price, it was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again, as there are friendlier and cleaner options available for the same cost in the area.

This property has the potential to be beautiful but unfortunately it is run down and dirty. Dead plants, overgrown bushes, pool littered with leaves, loungers broken and not enough cushions for the ones that are there. The beach is across the road, shared with another resort. The only problem with that was, we couldn't get a lounger there. Guests from the other resort were in the "An Niehm" section everyday. So using the private beach was useless. As for the rooms, they need a good cleaning from top to bottom! Everything dusty and dirty. We were given clean towels everyday and the breakast every morning was wonderful. All in all...Would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend? No.

Frukosten och städningen var urusel, fick be om handdukar i princip varje dag. Stranden var ok men ligger betydligt mer än en minut från hotellet som det står beskrivningen. Minibar fanns inte, få solstolar vid poolen med tanke på antalet rum. Rekommenderar inte detta hotell.

True retreat

Great pool, relaxing and quiet place, possibility to utilize a private beach of the sister resort. Beautiful rooms, just make sure to close the door so the mosquitos don’t get in. Complimentary yoga class every morning. Tasty cooked-to-order breakfast which can, however become a bit dull if you stay longer because it mainly consists of various egg dishes. For the price, it is definitely one of the best deals in PQ.

Don't Know, We Were Moved Because Of Overfilling

Turned up at the hotel, the receptionist communicated to us on her phone using google translate. We were told that the hotel was full and they had no room for us even though we had booked and paid for the hotel 5 weeks previous. After a few minutes of telephones calls from the receptionist, she handed us her telephone which said someone pick you up. We were transported across the road to the sister hotel the Famiana, there someone spoke English and told us that the An Nhien was fully booked and we were being move to the hotel next door. We ended un in the Famiana Gardens hotel was lovely and an upgrade from the An Nhien, but the point was they had over filled the hotel and hadn't bothered to tell us we were being moved. Fortunately we had just come from north of the island not a 12hr + flight.

greatest stay in Phu Quoc

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Has the greatest and biggest swimming pool set right in the tropical garden. In the Famiana Resort just 3 min. away it has a space reserved on private beach just for its guests. Highly recommend!

Jättemysigt boende nära Long Beach

Rekomenderar detta boende å det varmaste!! Jättemysigt läge, bra rum med uteplats, fin pool och underbart trevlig personal! Hanna som äger stället pratar mkt bra engelska och är väldigt mån om sina gäster. En bit av en privat strand som tillhör en resort och ligger ett par hundra meter bort kan användas av hotellets gäster. Det finns fullt med små mysiga restauranger runt omkring med väldigt humana priser (gäller inte alla som ligger längs stora vägen!) Ska ni åka till Phu Quoc så boka detta boende! Vi stannade i 20 dagar!

Ett hyfsat hotell med bra läge. Dock sett sina bästa dagar och är ganska slitet på sina ställen. Rummen helt ok med AC, kylskåp, vatten med kaffekokare och värdeskåp. Poolen stor och med bra liggstolar. Servicen var ok, och föreståndarinnan hjälpte oss med utflykter. Frukosten lite torftig, men helt ok för det priset.

Amazing place, food, staff and experience! Also, the kitten and puppies help the overall environment. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was exceptional. Would definitely come back.

Kleine Bungalow Anlage in schönem Garten

Die Bungalowanlage verfügt über einen gepflegten Pool in der Mitte, eine sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit vielen tropischen Pflanzen und Bäumen sowie Fischteichen. Wir hatten ein etwas teureres Bungi mit Sicht auf den Pool, dieses war sehr geräumig mit einem Kingsize Bett hübsch ausgestattet, mittels einer Glasfläche im Boden kann man sogar die Fische beobachten. Leider lässt der Unterhalt der Infrastruktur ein wenig zu wünschen übrig: kaputter Sonnenschutz wird nicht ersetzt, die letztjährig ebenfalls zerschlissenen Matratzen der Liegen wurden einfach wegrationalisiert, so liegt man nun auf dem harten Holz der Liegen am Pool, usw. Schade für die schöne Anlage.

Schöne Zeit mit 2,3 Mängeln

Das Hotel an sich ist super, vor allem die Zimmer sind schön groß und sauber. Der Pool ist klasse, an ein paar Details kann man arbeiten (löchrige Plastikplanen über den Sonnenliegen haben wohl einen schlechteren Flair als z.B. Palmwedeldächer). Das Frühstück variierte sehr je nach Laune der Mitarbeiter, manchmal war alles da und super lecker, manchmal vieles leer und alles andere kalt und von gestern. Immer gab es leckere Pancakes und frisches Omlett. Der Service insgesamt ist eher schlecht für Vietnam, wir waren schon in einigen Hotels mir sehr viel zuvorkommenderem Personal. Zum Strand läuft man ca 5 Minuten, man bekommt dort eine Liege und Handtücher, der Strand ist toll. Es gibt sehr viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung (Empfehlung: Nemo!!!) Preis-Leistung ist super!

편안한 숙소이나 위치적으로는 불편함.

해변 바로 앞에 위치한 호텔인줄 알고 예약했는데 해변에서부터 조금 떨어진 거리에 있는 호텔이였습니다. 그래도 호텔 내부에 있는 수영장과 서비스, 자연적인 내부 이미지가 좋아 편하게 잘 쉬고 올 수 있었습니다.
