"Some of the staff are annoying as they do not understand English, which makes it difficult to make them understand (Although my husband showed them the Vietnamese translation of our requirement, the staff still couldn't comprehend). This incident made me realise that people may also pretend not to understand their convenience. I loved the lifts, they're smooth as butter. The pool is oversold by the hotel, as it is on the 2nd floor, which was okayish."
