This hotel is beach front and views are amazing! From thw time I was picked up at the airport to the time I checked out. The dinning options and food choices at breakfast and tea time were amazing. I highly highly recommend this hotel! Staff is amazing!

Perfect stopover before flying out. Stunning views from rooms with ocean views. Pool and roof bar is fabulous .. only small criticism there are not enough sun loungers. Would stay again.

Hotel is relatively new. Rooms are pretty spacious. Kept clean. Spa services were great. Breakfast items at the buffet were oftentimes cold, so that should be remedied. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Property is not quite a five star just a high 4 star . Staff are great but the property is next to a demolition site . Area is far away from most things had to grab everywhere . Also fridge doesn't get cold just cool .

We enjoyed our stay at Peninsula Hotel, the property was clean and well-maintained. We had a lovely view of the beach and appreciated breakfast and afternoon tea which were included. The room was modern and spacious. Unfortunately for us, we stayed during rainy season so we couldn't enjoy the rooftop pool but it looked lovely. Our only negative would be the location is towards the end of the strip and as people who prefer to walk everywhere, it was a bit of a hike however, no issues with Grab or taxi. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Quite a strange experience for a 5star hotel. 1st of all if you're a foreigner you may have a different experience. For a Vietnamese person I was treated quite poorly by the staff. Breakfast buffet was greeted with not allowing us to sit at a six person table although we were a party of 3. Normally it should be 1st come 1st serve. There was another couple who sat at a 6 person table and nothing was said. They of course were not Vietnamese. Then there was the issue of getting reservation for the "free" massage that the hotel offered. Tried to make a reservation and was told there weren't anymore free massage reservations. Only after talking to the manager was a reservation opened for us. 3rd, housekeeping didnt clean the room until late afternoon even after letting housekeeping know that we would be stepping out for lunch for them to clean the room. So after a long day out to come back to a room not reset was quite frustrating.

Astonishing rooftop bar view

Excellent stay, very friendly and helpful staff, thanks to our cleaners specially to loan and kieu, sunny, hung, van from lobby, ha from restaurant , amazing view at the swimming and rooftop bar at the 27th floor, recommend it to spend time for nice drink and enjoy the view of. The beach front and the city, and also to enjoy the Saturday fiestival fireworks . We were delighted and enjoy the beach and the city as well the room comfort...we recommend it , quite close to a lot of areas, less than 5 to 10mn driving everywhere , we did not taste the restaurant only the breakfast at the executive floor at the 28th floor, vip service and breakfast, just missing decafeinated coffee but their vietnames coffee is tasty, so overall we did enjoy the stay, and we are sorry that we did not speak the Vietnamese because the people are very kind and nice . Good job and congratulations to the management and the staff. Special thanks to the reception staff, the groom for luggage and door bell, they all were very helpful, friendly and dedicated, (from ...Mr B..... room 2105 ),just some recommendations for improvements but not essential, option such decaffeinated coffee in the room and one more space for shoes rack, additional hanging bars for the towels in the bathroom, and possibility to manage refrigerator temperature , but as I said you can spend nice time without these things ...just for improvement..as we were at the 21ts floor we did not hear any noise.
