I am from America and felt like the luxury of this hotel was superior to upscale hotels in New York and Los Angeles that I’ve stayed in. The staff here goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their guests. The managers Toan and Hang are amazing with accommodating us when we needed something as well as checking on us to ensure we were constantly comfortable. Also, An, Nga, Thua, Thuy, Tuan, Huy, Man, Ha, and Kieu will treat you like royalty and are tremendously friendly and kind. This was our first time in Vietnam and when we return to Da Nang, we are 100% returning to the Peninsula!! "
