「To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....

「The room was relatively clean. The beds were comfortable, enough dishes for 2. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. They up charged to use the room safe plus a deposit! Also we requested a fan and they asked a 20 Euro deposit and $3.00 a day! Seriously! Next they’ll have a coin operated elevator! Staff were friendly, helpful and it was a good area for restaurants and shopping, etc. Too far to walk to decent beach though.」

「有蟻不太清潔，房間裏面有味，毛巾很粗糙。沒有洗手液提供，要與沖涼液共用一樽， 十分不便。衣櫃太窄，風筒較弱。」

「Not too easy, but parked like 7mins walking in the same place the two nights I spent there. 」

「The hotel in Tenerife was great. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch, with really good quality. The only downside was that you could hear a club nearby at night, and sometimes there were fights or disturbances right outside the hotel around 4 a.m. Also, smoking was allowed on the balconies, which meant that if you slept with the window open, the smoke often came into the room. Still, it was a lovely stay, as long as you keep those points in mind.」
