“The lazy river was the star of the show. My view of the pool and the beach were the best part of my stay. Unfortunately my tv nor the internet was working in the room we were assigned. When I reported that to the front desk on the first day I was told they would send maintenance to check on it. No one ever came. My ac took the whole entire night to cool off the room. We were miserable. I reported it again on day two and was informed that unfortunately my room was one of the rooms that had……

“Nice hotel and staff will definitely stay here again.”

“Everything was okay. The breakfast was nice but the didn’t have any kind of soap in the lobby bathroom nor did they have hand sanitizer. When asked they just said they were out and that was it. The room was okay”

“The staff was not helpful when asked for any towels or keys not working. The carpets were extremely dirty. We were told the rooms were pet free and told only a certain floor was pet friendly. I have kids that are allergic to pet dander so this was important. Our floor also had dogs in rooms next door so that was false information. The pets had pooped and peed all over the carpets on the hallway. Breakfast items were limited- when asking staff for even coffee they were out of items within 30……

“The hotel is older and repairs to moldings, caulking etc are not well done. Doors are scuffed BUT it is clean and the staff is super polite and helpful. My only real complaint is that the room air conditioning is LOUD and I had a hard time sleeping. If that was remedied, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.”
