"Hotel Kalos has misrepresented itself on the hotels.com platform. They have photos of Hotel Nike, their sister hotel, listed as the ones for hotel Kalos. When we were led to our room it was a disgusting, run down, falling apart hotel. We were afraid to stay there and left immediately. Now we are trying to get our money back. Do not stay here. "

"Accueil glacial, on nous a réclamé de suite la taxe de séjour, quand on a demandé le parking, précise dans l’annonce, ce n’était en fait que la rue. Quant à la piscine (petit bassin triangulaire) celle ci est payante, 8€ par personne !! Honteux. Et refus de nous servir un petit déjeuner alors que nous avons vu un buffet prévu à cet effet. Le tout dans un quartier avec rue passagère (train et voiture) notre chambre ayant un mur sur la rue. Nous ne conseillons pas. "

Excellent ammenities are supplied in spades. By far the most exceptional part of your stay is the service provided by Francesco, Emanuele and in particular daughter Aurelia Giulia. "Hotel sul lungomare di giardini naxos, camera bellissima con vasca idro ai piedi del letto fantastica, e una vista mare strepitosa,terrazzino con due sdraio e tavolino. Pulizia inpeccabile in tutto l'hotel , e tanta tanta gentilezza e disponibilita' da parte di tutto lo staff. Colazione completa e varia .Grazie a tutti"
