「Rude staff on reception desk and unresponsive from management. There was a fire alarm while we stayed there, and we ended up stuck in an outdoor emergency stairwell with a metal gate that wouldn’t open. After much effort and calling out to other patrons and staff, it opened. We approached front desk to advise of safety concern with the gate in an emergency and the front desk rep was argumentative, rude, mocking and unprofessional. Emailed manager and never heard back. I’d never go back!...
