Pointe Croisette

Follow the famous La Croisette boulevard from the centre of Cannes to this neighbourhood where you can join a scuba dive tour, dine near the water and lounge on a beach.

With its resorts and sandy strands, Pointe Croisette is a haven for watersports and beach activities. Just outside the centre of Cannes, the neighbourhood’s parks provide unobstructed views of the Lérins Islands and the Golfe de la Napoule. Visit the various yacht clubs and sports shops to get a flavour of this exclusive and entertaining hub.

One of the main attractions is the glamorous Palm Beach, whose elegant terraces, event spaces and nightclub overlook the sea. Attend a private function or party here, dine out at Medusa or enjoy an exciting night at Gotha Club. Activities are also available on the beach at the southern cape of the peninsula.

Walk out along the pier for excellent vistas of the water and the rest of Cannes. You’ll spot the Île Sainte-Marguerite in the distance and the beach-laden terrain of Juan-les-Pins to the east. Head to the northwestern corner of the beach to browse the array of deluxe vessels in the Yacht Club de Cannes.

Myriad watersports activities are available in this district. Visit a local operator for scuba lessons and equipment rental. Ride on a boat to the dive site and explore the clear and warm water of the Mediterranean Sea. Spot a great range of colourful fish beneath the surface.

Back on land, stroll along the peninsula’s eastern boulevard, stopping for ice cream and other treats sold in huts and cabins. Dine at a restaurant on the sand and inspect the boats in Les Bases Nautiques de Cannes Jeunesse yacht club. Continue north to marvel at the intriguing façade of St. Michael the Archangel Church.

Find the district a little east of the Cannes city centre, jutting into the Golfe de la Napoule in the Mediterranean Sea. Ride a bus to one of the many stops in the neighbourhood and get around on foot.

Pointe Croisette is an entertainment hub, where diving, partying and sunbathing are on the menu.
