“We felt comfortable and relaxed during nine day stay. The environment is quiet. Although the location is situated in Spring Hill, it takes only 10 mins walking to the City - Central Station and King George Square. ”

“Plus: only 5 minutes' ealk from Central Station with shopping centres, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Coffee machine is a good attraction. Minus: The wifi is very slow.”

“Bathroom had previous tenants used shampoo on top of the shower screen. No toaster in room as per website. Carpet had lots of stains. Otherwise beds were comfortable. Bar staff on checkin were unhelpful.”

“cockroaches found every night in the room, pest control necessary. No electricity in the room at midnight twice in the row, electrician necessary. others are ok. plenty of parking, good.”

“I stayed there for three days, bou on second day, no room make up, so I need to ask shampoo, body wash and towels. That was bad experience.”

“Easy walking distance to the Mt Ommaney shopping centre. Traffic noise from the Centenary Highway may be a problem for some, I was glad I had earplugs.”

“It takes a little time to figure out the digital check-in but once you have that sorted, it is a very nice, comfortable play to stay, a super convenient location with heaps of food and shops easily accessible.”

“It was a great stay! Everyday room service like a hotel and free use of laundry and dryer, even some plates, bowls and cutlery.”

“The cleaness of hotel is extremely poor. We just stay one night but we found at least four cockroach in the room! They appeared on the bed,wall and above the refrigerator! It is a terrible experience. I do not recommend this for anyone. The bathroom is also very small and the another worse thing is there is no hot waterfor bathing! I believe hot water and cleaness is basic requirement for hotel. The Cliff House really disappoint me.”

“这次入住感觉差了很多，因为商务需要，每半年会入住一次，而我们每次都会需要家庭套房。这次家庭房餐具，锅，面包烤箱都没能提供，生活很不方便，关键还有臭虫，使我们几晚没睡好，后来与前台交涉，才换了房。另外在在结算时，与我预订的价格不和，经过交涉后，再把多收的款退回，所以整体感觉不好，希望以后有所改进，不要再出现臭虫了，太可怕了。”
