“Breakfast was very good. The main lobby was clean, so was the breakfast area. There was a very distinct smell of mold in the entire hotel, and strong fragrance smell in the entry trying to cover up the mold smell. The pool area was not great, lots of mold. The bottom of the pool was very dirty. The paint was chipping off everywhere and there was lots of rust. The floor was slippery without quick movement/running, which tells me it was not clean. The room appeared clean, however when I checked……

“I will start by saying the staff was incredibly kind and helpful so 5 stars to them! But, the property was awful. The 1st room we were placed in was COVERED in mold, the bed, couch and air conditioner all had mold all over them. The room smelled awful, I assume due to mold. The elevator also smelled very badly. I am sure its hard to keep moisture out as it has a water park inside the hotel. I took pictures of the mold and the staff promptly got us into another room. That room was better but……

“Room wasn’t very clean. There were dead bugs along the wall and floor. The parking wasn’t accommodating as it’s under construction. I saw a couple elderly people having to bring the cart all the way across the street to get their luggage. ”
