"I wish I could give this stay more than five stars! The owner and his wife went out of their way to make sure my every need was taken care of. Be aware there are two ferries from Ishigaki, and only one has a shuttle to the hotel. If you’re going to rent a car book it early, but the island is very doable without a car as long as you go with the flow. The hotel is close to the river ferry which takes you to waterfall hike. "This resort is about 30min drive from wither Ohara or Uehara port. Suggest you to rent a car to get to the resort and also explore the island, there are only 4 buses a day and very few taxi. The resort is quite well maintained with good Japanese style breakfast. They also offer Japanese set dinner, in case you dont want to drive 30 minutes for your evening meal. "丁寧な対応です、部屋の清潔さは、高評価。洗濯機あり、洗剤もちゃんとあります。部屋からの景色も開放感があります。乾燥機があるので、よく乾きます。 ミネラルウォーターや食べ物は、近くのスーパーで、購入してから、来ること。コンドミニアムなので、サービスはないですが、問題なし。 食べるところは、周辺にはありますが、歩き10分はかかります。なかには、送迎してくれる店も。 二泊でしたが、コーヒーは一回分だけで、少し残念。言ったら、頂きました♪ 良いことですが、自販機には、コーヒーやコーラなど身体に悪い物は入っていません。オーナーの意向だと思います。缶ジュースは、砂糖の塊ですね。お茶やミネラルは有るので、心配なし。 ダイビングショップを併設されてます。 コンドミニアムは、2018年のオープンのようです。レンタカーがある方が便利です。 また、利用したいと思います"

"I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Iriomote. There's lots of space on the property, including a massive bathroom and a huge terrace, with a sea view where you can see the stars at night. Be aware there are two ferries from Ishigaki, and only one has a shuttle to the hotel. If you’re going to rent a car book it early, but the island is very doable without a car as long as you go with the flow. The hotel is close to the river ferry which takes you to waterfall hike. And there are many local tours for paddle boarding, canoeing into the mangroves, snorkeling, etc. The sunsets at the hotel are beautiful and there are hammocks on the roof for stargazing. The food was wonderful as well! Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable stay!!"
