“Upside: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean。 Breakfast has variety of food and drinks. Good location. Downside: The A/C and the refrigerator are bit noise。”

“We had an overall great stay here, we were served by Mark when we checked in who graciously upgraded our room and didn’t charge us for parking which was very kind. The room was great, it was very spacious and the water pressure was amazing. There are a few broken tiles in the shower that need dealing with, and the pillows on the bed are too small almost more like couch cushion size rather than an appropriate size for a bed. Otherwise our stay was excellent and the complimentary happy hour was a……

“I discovered the TV screen in the living area was shattered after plugging it in. The AC in the room halfway worked; the little door to the buttons department was broken off. The room alarm clock and hairdryer were missing. I ended up having to go to work with my hair up in a bun, wet. After notifying the front desk, I was not asked if I needed those items replaced or for me to change rooms. I actually stayed at this hotel a week prior and had no issues.”
