“This motel is fine. Staff was excellent and the rooms long and spacious. However, If you stay, stay on the top floor. I was on the first floor and could hear every footstep my upstairs neighbor made. Seems like there is no insulation for noise between floors. Very irritating.”

“Very clean and good hot shower. Had problems charging my android phone. Daytime desk employees very helpful. Night person a little grumpy. Overall very pleased with this hotel. The room is awesome ”

“This was a trip back to our hometown for a family graduation. We loved having the luxury of a suite with a living area with sofa and side chair and kitchen for more intimate time away from larger family gatherings for my husband and I to get away from work and also enjoy some time alone together. We don’t do any cooking but could have if we wanted to, all dishes, silverware, cooking utensils are included. If I ever do travel nursing, Home2 Suites would be ideal!”

“The room was comfortable enough we had 2 beds. The only problem was that the pillows were terrible. 2 were rock hard and one was flat as a pancake. I would stay there again but I would bring a pillow from my house.”

“Pros: nice setting, safe area, beautiful grounds and views, western decoration. Cons: our room bathroom was in bad condition (stains on wall, black spots on toilet seat), room carpet had spots, loud A/C. Also the breakfast and dining options were very limited. It’s unfortunate because this place has much more potential.”

“The price was well worth the room. I always travel with Clorox wipes so I did wipe down the table in the room as it had stains on it and the air conditioner needed to be wiped down as it had a thick layer of dust on it, too. But nothing a quick wipe down could not take care of. The front desk clerk at check in was super nice and friendly. The next morning housekeeping knocked on our door to ask if we needed anything and we asked for extra towels because the room only had 2. The guy refused to……

“Room was clean, A/C great, check-in was easy even though I got in late near midnight. I have to come back to Abilene for work, will definitely book here again.”

“My first impression was, neat and unpretentious. Then I lay down. Bed & pillows were rock hard. I needed to do some work with my computer -- desk but no plug to recharge & only light was from behind. TV with list of channels but remote wouldn't access them. The coffee makers cord was too short to reach the outlet! And clean -- maybe not, considering huge accumulation of dead bugs in overhead light. Also, extremely weak water pressure in shower. Never again!”

“There was no hot water in the room! The sheets were dirty, and the room smelled terrible. I was not satisfied.”
