「Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls.」

「It was great. Very hospitable group of staff. Breakfast wasn't that good though. 」

「Good location Thr floor is dirty. Very low water pressure from the heater for shower. After shower, the whole bathroom will become wet and its troublesome to walk into the bathroom again Corridor is dark and dont feel safe Others are satisfactory」

「Love the breakfast it’s a simply the best especially the noodle soup. The staff are polite and friendly. I would like particularly thank Ms Hu for her excellent work. It would be perfect if the hotel rooms have a small fridge. 」

「This hotel was beautiful. The pictures didn’t quite do it justice. It’s a fantastically designed and furnished building. Lots of complimentary drinks and snacks throughout, including a happy hour alcoholic option for free. Highly recommend! 」
