“One of the best hotels nove stayed in China. The room is very spacious, clean and attended daily by the housekeeping team. The rain shower was perfect and the bed very comfy. Nice breakfast with a good range of food to choose from. The location couldn’t be more perfect, being just three minutes walk from the Bell Tower. But what really stood out was the reception team. “Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls.”
