「Bad check in experience as we had to rush a few times and wait until at around 5:30pm for the room to be ready. 」

「The reason why we picked this hotel was due to the location and it did not fail. This hotel is located conveniently near restaurants and the Muslim quarters. The staff at the hotel was very professional and kind, even with the language barrier. We used a translator app with no issues. We picked a two bed room and we were given the room with a kids play area (traveling with no kids). We didn’t mind at all. We cared about the space and the cleanliness. Which this hotel was perfect for that. The...

「Room was clean. Staff are great. The location is close to almost everything. You can't sleep well at night due to beating music throughout the night even with windows closed. AC wasn't working and the non smoking room was full of tobacco smell but they have changed the room for us to a smaller yet AC working. As we complained, they have given us robes as a compensation.」

「The hotel is set in a beautiful location, and I stayed for three nights. The staff were friendly, and the service was generally pleasant. However, given that it carries the Sofitel Legend brand, the condition of the rooms was disappointing and fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, I inspected the bathroom and reported finding hair in both the bathtub and shower. While housekeeping attended and cleaned the bathtub, the shower was overlooked—the same strands of hair remained afterward, which...

「The Voco Xi'an Hotel was the perfect place for my visit to Xi'an, coming and going from Xinjiang. It is convenient to the metro, clean, friendly, and well equipped with restaurants and a fitness center. The room was excellent and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I would happily stay here again!」
