Xi'an Tomb of Qin Shi Huang Hotels

"Hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to drum tower, bell tower and Metro station. Room was clean and spacious. The receptionist and all staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful. There is a travel desk at the ground floor and able to make last min tour arrangement. There are a few restaurant along the street in front of the hotel. Only negative point is the room seem a bit dated but the location and staff more than make up for it. Highly recommended hotel for 1st time traveller to Xi'An."

The front desk and housekeeping teams were absolutely amazing so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, everyone made such an effort to communicate and ensure I had a pleasant experience. "Canadian Tourists Review : We had an amazing stay at the W in Xi’an. The staff was wonderful and spoke English very well as we needed help to navigate our adventures! The hotel is extremely stylish and the interior architecture is mind blowing! Could use a bit more lighting in the lobby at night, but radiates an amazing mood and atmosphere. The room was very clean, spacious and stylish with a very quiet air conditioning that allowed us to sleep soundly at night! It was also well equipped with Dyson and Magic Toilets! The dining options were great in and around the hotel depending on your taste and if not, you can walk to a very luxurious shopping / grocery mall not too far away! TIP - ROOM VIEW : Book the Park / Garden view as the City View is a wall of condo buildings! We would definitely come back without question and they definitely put the W franchise on our radar!"
