“The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, while walking in the halls, elevator, and dining room, there was a constant odor of cigarette smoke.”

“The hotel is spacious but a bit dated. The air conditioning has been tuned in to heating mode and cannot be changed to cool air so I was way too warm and did not have a good night sleep. The bathroom is big but there is a distinct smell of drainage. Breakfast was average. Check out seemed to take longer than usual but staff were helpful. However there didn't seem to be anyone at the concierge helping with taxis. I would probably choose Westins during my next trip to Xi An. ”

“I very can recommend this places,very nice place , near the shops。ocation excellent! The hotel is super modern and clean. I loved the building. Super comfortable mattress. The staff really helpful and friendly. There are restaurant and shops just a few metres away.go to Xi 'an attractions are very convenient, there are also subway nearby, very good, Xi 'an snacks are really delicious, I went to sprinkle gold Bridge, very good, people are very many。”
