「Perfectly located, beautifully restored historical building. Our room wasn’t ready, so we received a free upgrade to a family room. Decoration wasn’t entirely what we expected, but fun nonetheless.」

「Loved this hotel, hundred percent would come back friendly staff great breakfast. So many good fines nearby loved the room and the. Ambience.」

「Close to the subway station, plenty eateries near by, very good budget to stay at Zian city, specifically thanks to night shift Mr. 鄭先生who give me so many help first to this city」

「Very nice hotel」

「The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great central location, just a short walk from the bell tower and no far from the Muslim quarters. The have some condos with the local pub and restaurants which makes you feel like you are in a local community. The facilities at the hotel were great and they have a beautiful terrace too. Totally recommended」

「The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The room is clean.」

「The hotel is set in a beautiful location, and I stayed for three nights. The staff were friendly, and the service was generally pleasant. However, given that it carries the Sofitel Legend brand, the condition of the rooms was disappointing and fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, I inspected the bathroom and reported finding hair in both the bathtub and shower. While housekeeping attended and cleaned the bathtub, the shower was overlooked—the same strands of hair remained afterward, which...

「Very nice hotel, with convenient location and friendly staff, free drink replacement of mini bar, highly recommended, will definitely cone back」

「ok」

「Clean and big area, wonderful location 」

「The reason why we picked this hotel was due to the location and it did not fail. This hotel is located conveniently near restaurants and the Muslim quarters. The staff at the hotel was very professional and kind, even with the language barrier. We used a translator app with no issues. We picked a two bed room and we were given the room with a kids play area (traveling with no kids). We didn’t mind at all. We cared about the space and the cleanliness. Which this hotel was perfect for that. The...

「OMG, this was the best hotel of my entire trip! The location is excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. But the shared spaces and rooms are on another level. It feels like staying in a traditional teahouse, with tea rooms to explore and a beautiful inner courtyard. I won’t give too much away, this hotel is a gem. I fell in love with the balcony that came with my room, the perfect spot to enjoy some tea. It was great value for money, too. If I return to Xi’an, I’ll definitely stay...
