Hotel location is good, just 1-2 minute walk to the Metro station. Room was clean and spacious. Staff friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet with local and Western options. We stayed here for 5 days, quite disapppointed as the most of the menu items are the same every day. Hotel offered free afternoon tea too. Overall, it's a great place to stay. Good service and Good location.

FREE self-service LAUNDRY and FREE drinks (non-alcoholic) in the fridge in the room. Also I never new I needed this but when you put in your card for the room power, the curtains automatically open (there's curtain open and close buttons next to your bed). There's tea time, though I only went once which is still nice. GREAT location. Will recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Room was clean. Proximity to the bell tower and the muslim quarter. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, willing to assist. Has free afternoon tea. Our room has a strong cigarette smell though it was a non-smoking room so staff provided air purifier which gave some relief. Room has modern fixtures.

had a truly excellent stay at novotel at the bell tower with my family. a five-star experience i'd recommend to anyone. location: perfect. just a 2-minute walk to the metro, and walking distance from the tourist district, especially the gorgeous bell tower. plenty of food and drink options nearby, including chagee and luckin coffee. rooms: very clean and tastefully decorated. amenities were great. beds were super comfy. soundproofing could've been better — we did hear some noise from the corridor — but not a deal-breaker. service: the staff were a standout. when my parents ran into trouble with the didi app, the hotel staff kindly helped advise them. they also accidentally checked out early due to an erroneous train booking, and were able to check back in without incident. they were extremely impressed with the service, and i'm very thankful. from the outside the building isn't the prettiest, but don't judge a book and all that. overall, had a wonderful, super value for money stay. we'll definitely return to novotel if we're ever back in xi'an.
