The location of the hotel was great, close to the central area. The room was clean and the service was good. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

I was fortunate to be able to stay here for 10 days. It was perfect in every way - especially the quality of everything, and it was the only hotel in China during my month-long visit that had full-throttle internet - being able to get to sites that I couldn't get to from other hotels. The staff was very pleasant and hard-working.

Looks ok when you arrive and public areas are nice enough along with a decent location. Booked a superior double which we confirmed at check in but were put into a twin (which they resolved after we called from the room). Room also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which wasn't pleasant. We decided to have breakfast in the hotel on our first morning but it was poor and over priced. On the day our car arrived to take us to the airport they kept us waiting for 15 minutes at the car park barrier over what appeared to be a dispute over a charge just for the car to to drive into the car park and out again which was ridiculous. Our driver was in and out of the car three times back and forth into the hotel and arguing with the car park attendant, not great when you have a flight to catch. Finally don't expect to use the bar as there are never any staff around but you'll spend your time seeing the sites anyway

Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China.

Old, decadent hotel in downtown in an area with no services nor shops. Staff is highly inefficient and unprofessional. Air conditioner wasn't working. Not worth for what you pay

Helt greit hotell nær Bell Tower. Dette hotellet har nok vært veldig flott en gang i tiden, men har nok forfalt litt. God service og veldig god frokost. Harde senger og dårlig treningsrom.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sprechen Englisch. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Etwas hellhörig. Dir Lage des Hotels ist super. Wenige Gehminuten von der Metro Station Bell Tower Linie 2 entfernt. Bekannte Viertel der Stadt sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Everything here is so grand! Service was superb. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast I've had in a Hotel. Hotel was super helpful in organising a taxi for us to the Airport.

夜遅く(午前3時ごろ)のチェックイン・チェックアウトにもかかわらず、スムーズに手続きできました。 フロントスタッフは自動翻訳機を持っています。 私たちのほかにも日本人のツアー客がいました。 タクシーでホテルに行くには漢字でかかれたホテル名のバウチャーを見せると大丈夫です。 朝食もおいしく満足できました。

We were a bit surprised that the air conditioning in the December period is limited to heater only. It became really hot and unbearable in the room. Luckily, the hotel brought us a fan so that we can cool ourselves off a bit as the heater was way too powerful. The wifi is non-existent because it is extremely slow.

The location is a bit far from metro and it 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to find a restaurant or busy district. The staff is polite but cannot help much in sight seeing information. They don't even know that they have a sauna. Anyway, the sauna was not in operation even in winter time!

中心地の鐘楼から近いけれど静かなホテル

西安空港からのバスの終点、鐘楼ホテルから歩いて15分 大通り沿いのわかりやすい場所にあります 鐘楼までの間に手頃な食事場所もあり、ホテルの前がバス停で移動に便利です 日本語を話す人はフロントにはいませんでしたが 英語で何とか情報をもらえました 日本よりホテルでの両替の方がレートが良いです 部屋も清潔で、Wifiもまあまあ、LINEはシャットアウトしてるみたいです TVもNHKは映りません。中国だから情報管理かな？

Nice stay

Nice hotel in a good area. Easy to walk to main tourist sites. Restaurant menu could be improved a little, it is a little confusing - maybe due to translation. We had an incident in a lift. Apparently something went wrong and we dropped one floor which was a little frightening. It gets very busy with tour groups staying there. Breakfast is crazy and the staff try their best Good little bar in the front off the lobby

Hotel cómodo en Xi’an

Buen hotel con muy buena ubicación, es antiguo pero con buen servicio, no le han dado un mantenimiento adecuado a las instalaciones de las habitaciones y tuvimos fallas en el teléfono y en el baño. Pero aún con estas fallas es recomendable
