When I booked my reservation, it was stated that pets stayed free. When I go to make the payment, you added a $60.00 per night fee for the dog. I feel this was unfair as your website at the time still said pets were free. I should have been notified at the time of the change, not just days before our stay when the payment was due. When I got to the Inn to check-in the doors were locked and the phone number on the door was not working. After waiting over 15 minutes someone showed up to let us in. Not the best way to start a good relationship.

This hotel was decent. It could use a bit of upkeep. The room was pretty clean and it was very pet friendly. The pool was clean and in good condition. Our kids were disappointed that there was no basketball hoop (as was described in the booking details) and there was also no waffle station (that was also in the description). Breakfast was only included on the weekend, not weekdays. Our son was also disappointed that the game room was locked after breakfast was over so he could not play pool. We did use the kitchen, so it was nice to have the option to cook in our room.

The place was in such disrepair, the cement walkway and top floor patio were crumbling. The weeds everywhere were 2 feet tall. Floors in our room were filthy, kitchen was filthy with food particles on counters and in the refrigerator. There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere on the ceiling. No hot water for showers. We had reserved the room for two nights, did not stay for the second night. It is very sad that Expedia portrayed this place so falsely, giving it such good ratings. I would never ever stay at this place.

The room had bugs in shower and sink. Room had a musty smell. The staff that checked us in had cut off shorts and a tank top. Her out bull greeted us first. There is nothing dining room to eat any meal in. Limited menu. Basically finger foods. When I called the front desk it went to voicemail no one ever answered.

Our stay at Catskill Seasons exceeded our expectations. The room was just wonderful, clean, large, and with pleasant decoration. The kitchen had everything, we also had a great shower, and everything in the room was of top quality. We were surprised. We did not even bother with the TV not working, because what we really wanted was peace and quiet, to be away from the news. Because we arrived on Sunday afternoon, we could not enjoy the breakfast included in the booking. This did not prevent us from enjoying our stay. Phoenicia is very close, and we had dinner and breakfast there. The property is very well located, near main roads in Catskill County. Scenic driving was a delight. In our room, there was a balcony that opened to green mountains and the starry sky, which we truly enjoyed. We would return by all means.

The room was really nice overall. Unfortunately there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the kitchen floor was kind of dirty. The windows work but need repair and the parking area was not well maintained given the winter weather. The beds and furniture were cozy and the space was perfect for our family of 6. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again.
