"Excellent breakfast variety. Front desk staff are well trained and super helpful. New-ish hotel. Free afternoon tea spread came in handy on rainy days. Special mention to 王姬 for serving us even after we walked in after 5pm closing time. Tour agent at front desk proved most useful. Got Xian Museum ( chinese) guided tour and Tuo Ling camel show ticket at awesome price. "

"The crown plaza is a beautiful hotel it is so clean food is great staff are lovely and the rates are fantastic Would totally recommend this hotel Justin at the front desk has been so helpful to me there and Binny Chen at the concierge was just great and totally helpful

"The young man is very kind and helpful. But, the name of the hotel, History Boutique Inn, in Xian, is not a bit misleading. If you google the name of the hotel, the address could be shown as 710016 西安F16, No.17 ShimaoduWeiyang District, however, the real address is quite far away from it. Took me more than one hour to reach the exact place in freezing night. Complete address in Chinese (not only in English) needs to be written, so a Chinese driver could clearly recognize the place!!! "Our stay at the Shangri-la was exceptional. The facilities were first rate and the services from the staff even better. Even before our arrival at the hotel, the concierge at the hotel, Oscar, was in touch with us to offer his services regarding transportation, site seeing and other details regarding our visit to Xian. He responded quickly to our email queries and gave detailed advice regarding how to make the best use of our short time in Xian. We were able to very efficiently navigate the city and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Xian because of Oscar's willingness to go over and beyond his job to make us feel at home in a new city."
