「Very clean rooms and with good linen, pillows and bedding. The pool was excellent with amazing view of ocean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our trip.」

「Friendly staff. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. Room was comfortable and large. Bathroom was sufficient, however, the shampoo and bodywash came in little packets which were impractical for those with lots of hair. Luckily we brought our own stuff. I had them wash my laundry (7$) it was washed, dried, and folded. Host drove us to the ferry on our last day for 2$/person at 5am which was very helpful.」

「We checked in here when we discovered the original place we had booked was horrible and we could just not stay there. This hotel was a welcome find! I really wish I could remember the lady at the front desk’s name - she was so friendly and helpful, always smiling!! We also had a wonderful massage as well, it was so relaxing!! Special shout out to Jorge who went above and beyond!! We highly recommend this hotel right downtown San Cristobal.」
