「The hotel is located opposite to a big supermarket and the supermarket is opened from 7 to 22. The breakfast is fine with refill regularly to keep the food hot and fresh. 」

「Santa Hotel is far exceed our expectation. Location is perfect, centre of town, few minutes walk to stores, cuisine, travel agent, national park. Also has a bus stop to Ivalo airport, such a good choice when you have a vehicle during travel. We got a spacious room with well equipped kitchen. Kitchen is surprise to us as it's not indicated while we booked it. Room is clean as well. We will choice here again」

「服務員態度良好。可是，酒店不是一整座建築物，而是分散式建築，所以在前往房間途中有可能需要拉行李拉一段距離。冬天有積雪時會比較吃力。酒店不是每天都清潔房間，如果入住超過7天，才會給你清潔房間一次。洗手間有點陳舊，而且沒有風筒，但水壓夠強。早餐味道不錯，酒店餐廳的其他食物都不錯。酒店另一個優點是為處於來往Ivalo機場巴士的巴士站對面，下車後不用走過對面即可。 」

「A good hotel. Very warm in the lobby. Very convenience to everywhere. We have a great moment in this hotel. The snow is so white and clean. We've joined the ice fishing tour and had a marvelous time as well. Will recommend to my friend if they have plan to visit Ivalo.」

「Harde senger i sovealkoven (ingen vindu og dører her), noe lytt til nabohytta, vanskelig å få helt kaldt vann på kjøkkenet og det kom vann på badegulvet når man dusjet, selv med dusjdør igjen. Litt høy pris for en slik standard. Men, var nok kjøkkenutstyr til matlaging, har mikrobølgeovn og komfyr og grei badstu. 」

「The check in/out counter is the cashier at the cafe next to the Kukkelli supermarket. It’s difficult to find a contact person when we have enquiries. We tried to call the given contact number and no one pick up. 」

「Perus siisti majoitus keskeisellä sijainnilla. Me saatiin edullinen diili, joten todella hyvä hinta tästä majoituksesta tällä erää. Majoituksessa on about kaikki mitä tarvitsee ruuanlaitossa yms.」

「We (a couple) stayed in an Arctic Suite at the Aurora Collection hotel. It was fantastic! Nicky was an excellent host. Our room had both a private sauna and a private hot tub. We did not use the hot tub, but found the sauna delightful, clean, and plenty hot! The room was functional, clean, and had a small fridge and a kettle for heating water. The bed was comfortable and, as we visited in February, it was very warm and cozy. A continental breakfast was provided, which was fresh and filling....

「My husband and I showed up at the hotel to check-in to find out the hotel was no longer open. We had to trek through the snow up the unplowed driveway to find that no one was there, no sign on the door, no prior notification of closing. Our trip was pre-booked 6 months beforehand. Luckily we were able to get our payment refunded through Hotels.com and find a nearby hotel. 」
