“The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The daily housekeeping was especially welcome. I've stayed in many hotels in the Bay Area that only had maid service every few days, and even getting fresh towels can be a hassle. At Baymont, the room was always spotless by lunchtime. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the heaters work great... which is a big deal on sub-freezing nights. This is now my first choice when staying in Susanville for work.”
