「我第一天在吃饭的地方丢了墨镜，马上回到地方就找不到了，我有照片证明我我刚到餐厅去旁边的厕所洗手时候还自拍照，有墨镜在我头上，问了工作人员也没有，你们是封闭式地方，人也是有限的，这一点体验很不好」

「The lodge was superb, very helpful and friendly staff all round. They were very flexible with meals for our children (5 & 8 years). All staff I spoke to were really knowledgeable about the local plants and animals but special shout out to Yuri who led our multiple excursions. Only small suggestion for improvement would be to have a small selection of snacks available to purchase, chips, nuts, chocolate etc for between meals but otherwise the meals themselves were delicious. My complaint is...

「This was my 3rd one-night stay at the El Dorado Classic. This last visit I stayed on the 4th floor and the suite was basic but very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. There was very hot water , which wasn’t available during previous stays in lower rooms. I did observe that the hot water began running out once. I also had difficulty charging my phone there, though the reception staff and another hotel staff were immediately responsive to aid me in this matter, just not in my actual room....

「We had an allergy problem. My son is allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. We made the staff and gm aware if it right away. They have all good labeled but had a chicken dish that said chicken and fruit. Come to find out it had Brazil nuts in it. As my son was taking his first bite of chicken ( it was in his mouth). The staff ran out with a fresh piece of chicken and told him it had Brazil nuts in it. When we questioned the GM she said that Brazil nuts are not tree nuts which they are in fact....
