"The hotel said they did not have an agreement with Expedia. They said that the agreement was with the former owner and Expedia not they the current owners. They said that they are Bon Pearl hotel and not The Pearl hotel. They said that my payment was to Expedia and not them. So I ended up not staying there. Please how do I get a refund? I have had difficulties trying to contact Expedia support team."

"The room was in good condition, the front desk staff though had some attitude problem. He seemed offended by something no one knows. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but I can’t say same for other orders."

"First of all the receptionist said they can’t find my booking despite I showed my booking number on my email and my payment and said they don’t even deal with hotels.com. Nor Expedia. I got very frustrated and delayed for a while after they called a manager he finally told me to give me a room as if it was by pity. Too much light issues in this hotel. Sometimes every 15min. Anytime any person passes by my room I hear it and it disturbs my sleep…"

"I need to start by saying the staff of the hotel was amazing. Having said that the hotel was in desperate need of maintenance. There were stains all over the carpets. There was mold everywhere in the bathtub and shower. The bottom of the bath tub itself was stained. The internet didn't work. The list goes on. I went to try to have dinner at the restaurant and ninety percent of the things on the menu were not available. One of the elevators did not stop correctly and was not even with the floor....

"The A/C need to be on while the generator when the generator is turned off after a power cut as the weather is outrageously hot."

"Good location, property is clean. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who will be visiting Abuja."
