“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“Loved that they had the basic necessities for the beach, the beach was almost private, and had the most surreal sunsets. They had beach towels and chairs. The room was clean. They promised breakfast but didn’t have that which was disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work which was annoying. The staff was very nice, Overall a great experience!”

“We absolutely LOVED the Napili Village Hotel. The check-in process was very easy as I was nervous because the office was closed the day we checked in but they have an amazing system for after hours check ins and were able to navigate the property and to our room easily. Although we could not see the ocean as much as we had hoped, Napili Bay/Beach was accessible through the back alley which we loved. We explored a few beaches throughout our trip and we found that one the most serine and……

“The room pictures on the booking website did not match the actual room I stayed in. The room signal was poor, the wireless network was even worse, there was no light in the room, and it felt like living in a basement.”

“2间卧室的套房很适合2家人使用，如果还有单身一人的伙伴还可以睡客厅的沙发，总体来说这样均摊费用会便宜很多。和卡纳帕丽其他酒店的费用相比是非常便宜的。有厨房，烤箱，微波炉，洗碗机，锅具，刀具，连红酒开瓶器和披萨刀都有，完全可以自己做饭，非常好的家居体验。穿过高尔夫球场走到酒店自己的海边小屋很近，沙滩很好，就是浪比隔壁的喜来登大很多，如果浮潜还是走去喜来登吧。美中不足的是电视系统太复杂，一定要请服务员来调节才能找到电视频道。强烈推荐这家酒店！”
