「The property is good. However, we didn't get the rooms we booked for. We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia.
Since we paid for super deluxe rooms, not sure how same is gonna be accomodated for the price difference.

「Het is waarschijnlijk de meest beroerde plek waar we ooit hebben verbleven. Men had niet op ons gerekend en was totaal niet op de hoogte van de reservering, terwijl er maanden geleden al was geboekt en betaald. De staat van onderhoud was ronduit slecht.
