“Sudip and Suchita( sorry If I forgot the name) were really good and after initial issue with room, Sudip stepped in and sorted the problem. He showed professionalism and made our stay for next 3 days exteremely good and enjoyable. Front staff were polite and accommodative and took care of us.”

“Äußerst hilfsbereite Staff, selbst in besonders schwierigen Situationen. Allerbeste Lage am New Market. Perfekt, um Kolkata zu Fuß zu entdecken. Executive Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. “The property is new, and the facilities are well maintained. The property is a bit inside of the main road, so spotting it might be a hassle. The rooms are actually very small in size, and that is an issue(for some, maybe). Also the hotel doesn't allow food from outside(to promote their costly in-room dining facilities), which is a hassle. Overall, the stay is awesome if we don't take into account the small rooms and no outside food policy. Have stayed for only one day, so can't really comment……

“This property located one of the prime location. Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me.”

“El personal fue muy amable, muy servicial y siempre dispuesto a resolver. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, nuevas y limpias. El desayuno es excelente. El hotel está en una parte bastante adecuada para ir a los templos de Kali y Krishna, menos de 15 minutos. Cerca del hotel hay tiendas, restaurantes cadena y centros comerciales. Estoy más que satisfecho y lo recomiendo totalmente. ”

“I booked 5 days at hotel seawood on hotels.com. when I went there, reception told me that they have no room, we was discussing for 2 hours, finally, the guys told me that he has the room and receive me 41505 rupees for 5 days. When I stayed at 3 day, they let me migrate to another lower hotel saad, the condition was very hard, I think the price is lower than sawood. today, I'm checking out and waiting for 1 hour, due to the recption let saad hotel to make a part of invoice for me, I waited……

“Excellent property, staff are really nice and friendly. The front entrance is underwhelming though. Near the baganbari it stinks of stagnant water. That needs to be cleaned. ”
