“Booked a deluxe room via hotel.com and photo shows shower area separate from toilet bowl area ie bathroom has a shower sliding door area. However, only executive room has this facility. Front desk staff was very helpful and management also decisive in giving us a discounted rate to upgrade to executive room. Thank you very much. Room is clean. View is good. Breakfast is very minimum. Simple breakfast with no fruits and salad. ”

“Hübsch eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Gute Matratzen. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein, kaum Ablagefläche. Beim Duschen wird alles nass. Grundsätzlich schön gelegen, etwas abseits, weswegen wir es auch gebucht haben. Allerdings gab es das angegebene Restaurant nicht, sodass man darauf angewiesen ist, zum Essen gehen nochmal loslaufen zu müssen. Frühstück muss man einen Tag vorher auswählen und per App bestellen. Wird dann auf die eigene Terrasse geliefert. Essen und Getränke sehr……

Wendy and Jason were superb communicators and were very helpful with a later checkout when we made the request a day ahead. The apartment is well-furnished, including flip-flops for use in the bathrooms. Check-in, as well as everything else, was clearly explained and the process was a breeze. We would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, convenience and great hosts.”

“I'm not picky when it comes to where I stay, I only really require a decent-ish bed and a clean a bathroom. This hotel failed on pretty much every count. I didn't expect a luxury hotel but I had thought for the price we'd be getting a clean room. To start with looks much dingier than the photos, which is something I always expect but not nearly to this degree. The room had not been cleaned before hand as the bathroom was disgusting and the shower had what looked like it poop in the drain. ……
