「lovely place and people. However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information. A system failure at the Expedia end.」

「Acogedor hotel rural y pueblo espectacular entre montañas y barranco. 」

「Hotel is basic but very clean and comfortable. Excellent value and also includes breakfast (delicious donuts in particular according to the kids). Very convenient location, not up many hills or steps. Rooms each had a smart tv,air con and a little fridge. One of the staff members in reception who’s name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was very friendly and helpful and gave us great information on getting around the island. 」

「La casa esta muy bien, parece haber sido renovada recientemente y se encuentra muy cerca de la presa la encantadora, que como su nombre indica es un lugar con encanto, un pequeño paraiso a apenas 3 Km del pueblo de Vallehermoso. La estancia nos resulto muy agradable y disfrutamos de la tranquilidad y de la belleza del lugar. Sentimos no haber conocido perdonalmente a su propietario y le agradecemos por el detalle que nos dejo a nuestra atencion.」

「We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was on the 1st floor with a balcony and a beautiful view. It is quite spacious with everything we need. We didn't know the exact time of our arrival in the afternoon and the hostess was there when we arrived. We didn't take breakfast but they offer the possibility to have it if you want. It's better to have the car I think if you want to move easily to have dinner for example (only one restaurant there which is closed in the evening). You can park in...
