“Check in and check out were easy by using the link provided. The whirlpool had distinct water line ring & hair in the bottom. The ice bucket had black mold around the ring at the top. The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming.”

“Nice place for families to stay. Roomy and a lot of sports to offer. The rooms are adequate.. basic but it’s nice to have a full kitchen and living space. Pretty clean overall. Lots of towels and supplies. The check in process was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it overall. ”

“I was disappointed by the suite that I booked. It is not as it appears on the listing. The listing shows a full kitchen, which is not the case. Instead of a stove there were two small electric burners. I was also disappointed because I was looking forward to watching a movie with my family and none of the televisions have access to netflix or any streaming app what so ever. You are only able to watch whatever channels are on the t.v. which are over saturated with ads. The view was also……

“Our particular room was close to the elevator which was convenient. The only downfall was that when we stayed there it was too cold for us to use the outdoor waterparks so we did have to walk quite a ways to get to the indoor parks. I highly recommend bringing a wagon or a stroller for this purpose. Out deluxe condo fit our family very well we had 4 children 11 and under and 3 adults”

“We stayed at Delta Grand Resort room (Vegas Baby) and overall the condo itself had potential, but the cleanliness was disappointing. When we arrived there were cobwebs in the right-hand corner of the entryway and the floors did not look like they had been swept or mopped. We also noticed cobwebs behind the bed and a visible handprint on the window between the bathroom and jacuzzi area. The bedroom also had a stale smell and the unit just didn’t feel fresh or properly cleaned. I honestly feel……
