“Upon checking in at 9pm— I was asked by the host to leave the premises due to having a service animal. In fact I was on the phone with customer service multiple times until 3-4am. I was in town for treatment not leisure. Be mindful this studio is attached to someone’s residence so you will not have complete privacy. There are 3 cameras on the entrance side— you will be monitored upon entry and exit. You will also hear majority of all conversations being held in the home especially if the home……

“This was our first time staying at a non-hotel. I really liked the size and feel of the space. The pictures were exact and not misleading. The rules were clear, consistent, short, and straight to the point. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay at a property owned by Ryan and his dad again. It felt like all the items were selected with luxury and relaxation in mind. A few things that weren't great (but not a fault of the owners) was there was no one actively on hand to assist if……
