“Very nice hotel for the money. Restaurant was very professional and accommodating. Food wasn’t really my taste but it was fancy. Travis at the front was very easy to converse with. Alicia was kind to talk with also. The rooms were cleaned and nice. We had the city view with a corner room. Beautiful windows and view. Highly recommend for downtown KC. ”

“The room was great. It was clean. Had a lot of space. The staff was very nice. The common area with the coffee/cocktail bar was relaxing and enjoyable. There were hot tubs and a heated pool that I didn't use. Though it was nice to know they were there. ”

“Please provide more coffee in the room. I'm not a big fan of the taste, but it's acceptable. It would be great to have holders for the paper coffee cups available in the room since the coffee is very hot once it's brewed.”
