“Very clean, nice room.”

“Electric decor much is worn. Mini splits annoying - always trying to self adjust and seem to have significant out air (many nearby fire pits). Nice shower but hand held holder broken. Microwave large and had issues. More of a mini bar than fridge. Great location but on highway. Dark with all lights on”

“Cons: Rude and non helfpul front desk staff- see seperate corrspondonces to the manager Delayed Check in Process- see seperate corrspondonces to the manager Poor sound insulation. We could hear the neighbors upstairs almost constantly, except when they finally went to sleep TVs did not allow accessing Streaming Content (important for raingy days with kids) Management did not support us when there were issues with the ammenities be aware you have to drive to all the facilities at saphire……

“Such acute place! There is no air but the windows open and fan and ceiling fan was perfect . Breakfast was excellent!”

“We really liked the unit and the properties and ammenities. Our only complaint was that there was not always a place to park upon coming in in the evenings. There is ample room in the parking lot to add two or three more marked parking places with parking bumpers and striping. Without these someone had parked longways through what could have been three more parking spaces. We had to find out whose vehicle it was at night by knocking on doors to get them to move thier vehicle to that we could……
