“Spoke to front desk about moving us to another room due to the bed being so hard and uncomfortable worn out and old! She was rude told me all the mattresses were the same! I told her we returned because we were there 5 months ago and 5 months before that! That those two were not as bad! Nope was her answer to my problem. Then I asked for extra bedding I could use for padding she said use what’s in your room rudely, I then asked do you have heavy comforters for winter time? Nope again was her……
