「The room was nice/clean enough and the staff was very friendly but we had a language barrier since we are American. A young lobby staff named a John helped us communicate, he is Chinese who studied English. It was extremely disappointing they would not give us a ride back to the airport when your website clearly states “free airport shuttle” ..we had to pay a lot for a taxi. And have to mention the Hotel bus is inexcusably filthy. When we were picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel...
