「I was hit for a deposit when I arrived and was told it would be returned upon departure almost 36hr later still no deposit I had to go out a buy my own toiletries they ran out maid didn't come and change our garbage nor offered to clean the room on our 2nd day not a good hotel」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「We arrived and the property looks nothing like the pictures and is located in an area that does not seem safe. We checked in and they said it would be another $100 - after I questioned it they told me they didn’t charge me for it (I’ve come to find out that is false.) We get to our floor and the smell of weed is over powering, once we enter our room and shut the door we find what seems to be dried blood on the wall and red stains on the floor below. We left and did not stay.」

「I was not informed that the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday's so we ended up at a Mexican restaurant across the street which I had to send my food back. Our room was quite a walking distance from the lobby even though there were several rooms that appeared vacant. The bed was and the room was clean although very dated.」

「Got the romantic sweet but they had portable air conditioners that could not cool the room off. Other rooms had real air conditioners but not this romantic suite. when telling front desk it was hot we were offered a fan that didn’t do much. Parking prices were outrageous compared to what you already payed for hotel room. All to come back and find no parking. They had a strip of parallel parking behind building, however there is no turn around and can barely get in regularly and almost hit my car...
