Friendly staff. The first room they had for me was close to the highway side and was kind of noisy. The shower was not clean like it should of been. No shampoo. Barely any water pressure. The halls smelled like food and would be good if they had air freshner or air purifiers. Asked to be moved. Hotel needs to have hall carpets deep cleaned! Once they put me in a new suite it was so much better. Much quieter, clean, and comfy room. Wish my overall stay was better.

Was and okay property you get what you pay for. Breakfast was decent. Don’t have many complaints don’t typically book these kind of hotels but a friend suggested. Area wasn’t my favorite but that’s a mistake on my part.

Room was clean the shower. Could I use the wash down with some CLR help remove from the high water stains and just a little more to the dusting front desk was great checking in and checking out with the same person. That’s a good thing gave good directions on how to get from one place to another and he was there when I needed questions answered about the cable channels.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was disgusting. Sheets were dirty, floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, the hotel smelled musty, the bathroom / shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Only stayed there for one night. Not sure it’s in the best of neighborhoods. Some sketchy characters hanging around outside and in the parking lot. Rooms were… ok… bathroom… tub either needed caulking cleaned or replaced, A lot of dark areas on the caulk. I would not feel comfortable showering, just didn’t have a clean feel. Pool was fine, but the pool area had some weird stuff on the ground…. no clue what it was, kinda looked like fish parts. Coffee station was lacking in supplies, very few sugars and creamers present. Like I said, one night was fine, but would not recommend for an extended stay.
