The front desk employees were some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with at a hotel. They went out of the way to help with early check-in, shuttle transportation and parking.

Staff was awesome - super friendly & kind. Check in / out process was a breeze. Our room was clean & comfortable. Decent selection for breakfast in the morning with options to have delivery from the restaurant in the Ambassador across the street. We'll be back!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and neat. Room could use a little more detail to cleaning but was not so bad as to not come back. TV situation was terrible. Apple TV hooked up with other peoples accounts logged in. No local channels. Very had to navigate.
