“Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Bed were soft so I was worried but I slept really well.
While it is dated, I have no complaints, everything was good.
Breakfast was basic but hey free breakfast.
If in Nanaimo again, will stay again. 😁”

“Was a bit disappointed in our stay. The first night we were in “Jedidiah” which was clean but dark, damp and outdated. After requesting an upgrade we were relocated to an ocean front room which was significantly better. Staff were very helpful and the beach was beautiful, but it wasn ’t great money for value especially the Grotto Spa.”

I believe that our unit had been recently renovated. Even though it was really nice, it wasn’t what I assumed we’d be getting; the photos were completely different! The unit I had booked had a lovely white kitchen with a large island, 4……
