“Reception refused me to check-in although I have pre-paid incl breakfast.
Rude, helpless guy at reception, first let me wait 10 mins as he was CHATTING to another guest without any eye contact or saying anything to me. Then he wanted a EUR 300 security deposit to my card, it did not work after searching 2 mins for the card machine. I gave him 300 in cash, he said "not acceptable". Then he tried another 5 mins to refund it via the non working card. My card worked before and after every time. I……

“Plenty of parking space outside. Staff is very nice and sweet (the ladies). Must take their breakfast! It was great with wide selection and many fresh fruits. We arrived late and therefore we had dinner at their restaurant as well. The young lady serving us is very attentive and helpful. She tried her very best to explain us the menu in English. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo with her but I will always remember her smile and sincerity.”
