"This was our first experience with staying at the Toyoko chain of hotels. Our stay was so pleasant that we are definitely going to consider staying again for future visits to Hachioji. The hotel is conveniently located near Hachioji Station, where there is plenty of food and excitement. The room was cozy, without any frills, has everything you need. The staff was kind and courteous, despite some language barrier. Some staff knew plenty of English to communicate though! And the Onigiri selection for breakfast was the best - I miss it to be honest! Thanks to the entire staff for making our stay so pleasant!"

"Location is close to the trains and you can walk to shopping, food, lots to walk and see. Morning breakfast is excellent, toiletries, shampoo, condtioner and body wash I used instead of my own, clean towels every day... I now prefer this hotel for business travel in this area. "
