“Room and hotel were clean. No free WiFi included. Our room also didn’t have hot water throughout our stay. The water came in and out the entire time we used the hot water. We were refunded some money for this inconvenience. Pool area got dirty towards the end of the evening. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. ”

“The room was not clean. The property itself wasn’t clean unless you were in the lobby. The lobby was deceiving because it was so clean and nice looking and the rest absolutely was not. The room had stains on the carpet and bedding, it all smelled like mildew, and all tables & the microwave in the room had a weird residue like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The whole place also just didn’t feel safe. ”

“Great location to enjoy Omaha city centre. Close by the Old Market area, arenas and night life. This property is in a very structurally sound historic property which was formerly a U.S. Post Office. Parking nearby and accessible to city sites on foot.
