“This was a magical stay with my granddaughter, for her gymnastics meet. The pool area was robust, the food was fairly priced and the glass elevators, with rooms opening to the Atrium area, was an unexpected perk. Looking down at the atrium from the 7th floor, you could see groups of people playing cards, kids running about, meals being eaten, laptops out…It was a very cool vibe.”

“I reserved 2 rooms and called ahead after. Asking if they could be arranged to be adjacent/next to each other. They said they would be. Upon check in I asked again and they said yes they are next to each other. But only 1 room was ready to check in. I checked in the first room. When I checked into the second room they had no idea what I was talking about and put my second room on a different floor. When I asked if I could recieve a coupon, discount or some reconciliation the front desk person……
